These insights allow practitioners to create individualized treatment plans that address metabolic, hormonal, and digestive imbalances, focusing on intervention rather than simply managing symptoms after they appear.
Botanical medicine: utilize therapeutic properties from plant’s constituents to treat health problems and enhance wellness.
Nutritional counselling: utilize foods as medicine, to help patients build a sustainable eating habits that are anti-inflammatory, health-conditions focused and preventing chronic health conditions such as metabolic syndromes or cardiovascular disease risk factors etc.
Hydrotherapy: utilize the temperature and pressure of water to help pain relief, improve circulations and promote physical rehabilitation.
Detoxification: utilize foods, herbs along with supplemental protocols to remove the toxin substances from the body, to promote health. Sometimes skin brush and/or sauna sessions are recommended.
Bioidentical hormone therapy: utilizes artificial hormones that are chemically the same as the ones the body produced, to help navigating perimenopause, menopause, thyroid insufficiencies, irregular cycles etc.
Vitamin injection: involves injecting vitamins, minerals and amino acids directly into muscle and/or the bloodstream, bypass the digestive system for maximum absorption, to help improving energy, vitamin insufficiencies and weight managements.
